Of course, I picked up that call and after a minute I realised that person I was chatting with must be online and he must be seeing and thinking that I am online then why I am not talking with him.

In such a situation, other people will see your status as “On a call” for a few seconds and later on they will see the last seen time. The last seen time will be the same time you picked up the Whatsapp call.

In this case, the second caller will connect the call easily without any voice notes. And you will have “Decline” and “End & Accept” options in this case see the screenshot provided below.

It will show On a call for about 5-10 seconds then it will show your last seen time. The last seen time will be the same time you picked up the Whatsapp call.

Well, there is no such direct way which indicates this person is on a Whatsapp call, WhatsApp believes in privacy thus they ensure there is no backdoor to break that privacy.

To get the answer I have personally tried to check the status. So firstly I made a call and engaged two Whastapp on a call then I took my third phone and did a Whatsapp call to the first phone which was already on a Whatsapp call. My busy number rang and showed an incoming call and the third number didn’t say the busy status.

No, you dont get disconnected, it shows you that another call is coming and have an option to accept that call or Reject that call
