I am a frequent shopper on Flipkart, Amazon and other online shopping sites, where I usually prefer using Credit cards to get the maximum offers! Recently I was trying to make a purchase using an HDFC and IDFC credit card. I received the message “transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks” error. Which was irritating.

I’m facing the issue of transaction was declined due to basic risk checks on Flipkart.
I have same issue also try on all way as he said in above writing I m facing issue from last 1 month so many calls mails done different credit card and payment mode use but showing same error only cod placed otherwise showing same error .
Let me summrise and add some new points for what you can do to solve this issue:
1. Try to Clear cache of Flipkart App, if possible try to uninstall and reistall it.
2. try to Restart your phone.
3. Try to open your account in new PC or any other device.
4. Try to remember if you have done anything wrong from your Flipkart account that may hurt Flipkart, then try to open new Flipkart account using another phone number or email
5. Contact Flipkart on their cutomer care number 1800 202 9898 for getting your querry solved fast.
The solution(s) provided do not work. When the cards can be used on all sites except on Flipkart, then the problem lies with Flipkart, not with bank.

Ihave been facing this problem since oct 2022 till now it is not resolved itried all sort of things ,my flipkart paylater also not working ,then finally i got wex from Flipkart ,and called to their customer care and told them please close my flipkart pay later they immediately blocked it ,but till today im facing same problem.
